Virginia Final Round Match Detail on SportFeed

Australia's Lucas Herbert put on a masterclass of clinical composure at Trump National Golf Club Washington D.C., overcoming a lingering bout with the flu and a stressful late-round weather delay to secure a dramatic wire-to-wire victory at LIV Golf Virginia. Navigating the windy and wet afternoon conditions with immense tactical discipline, the Ripper GC star carded a brilliant final-round three-under-par 69 to finish at an astonishing 24-under-par 264, clearing the rest of the field by four strokes to capture his maiden individual LIV title and a coveted ticket to the U.S.

Open at Shinnecock Hills. Herbert's exceptional resolve allowed him to continuously answer the bell whenever his commanding lead felt threatened.

Fireballs GC Captain Sergio Garcia mounted a furious charge early on the back nine, clawing his way back within a single stroke, but Herbert countered with a spectacular birdie conversion to break his opponent's momentum. Garcia ultimately signed for an excellent under-par loop to claim solo second place at 20-under-par, while a surging Bryson DeChambeau fired a masterful final-round 66 to round out the individual medal stand in solo third.

On the team side of the ledger, Dustin Johnson's 4Aces GC engineered a thrilling comeback, defeating the Fireballs in a high-stakes sudden-death playoff on the 18th hole to take home the team trophy after both squads finished locked at 49-under-par. After Final Round Top 10 plus ties Pos.
