The strategic narrative of the day was defined by "Moving Day" dynamics; Niemann fired a surgical 5-under 66 to catch Westwood, who maintained his veteran poise with a steady 68.

The primary hurdle of the day proved to be the undoing of overnight leader Bryson DeChambeau, who struggled to a 1-over 72, dropping him into a tie for third alongside Wild Card standout Richard T. Lee at 9-under.

On the team side, the 4Aces GC surged into the lead at 16-under par, fueled by strong rounds from Dustin Johnson and Anthony Kim. They hold a two-shot advantage over Ripper GC and Legion XIII.

Tactically, the day was marked by the end of significant records; Jon Rahm’s historic streak of 23 consecutive LIV rounds under par came to a close with an even-par 71, though he remains in solo fifth at 7-under. The round set the stage for a high-stakes "Championship Sunday," with 54-hole co-leader Westwood looking to become the oldest winner in league history.
