Cadillac Championship Round 3 Match Detail on SportFeed

Scottie Scheffler put on an absolute clinic of tactical control and relentless precision during the third round of the Cadillac Championship, widening his advantage over a star-studded field at Trump National Doral. The world number one displayed spectacular rhythm off the tee and into the firming greens, firing a brilliant under-par round to solidify his grip on the tournament leaderboard heading into Sunday's finale.

Scheffler's methodical approach completely neutralized Doral's penal water hazards, allowing him to coast through the dreaded closing stretch while his closest pursuers fought to stay afloat. Cameron Young remained his primary challenger, grinding through a turbulent afternoon by relying on a series of magnificent recovery shots and a hot putter to salvage a highly respectable score and stay within striking distance.

Meanwhile, Austria's Sepp Straka continued his quiet, methodical march up the standings, executing pinpoint iron shots to anchor himself firmly into the final-group conversation. Experienced veteran Adam Scott alongside a resilient Si Woo Kim also produced highly efficient rounds of golf, matching each other stride for stride to keep their trophy dreams alive, while Ben Griffin bounced back from early errors to safely secure his positioning within the chasing pack.
